a) Be prepared to pay your Annual Tax and Village Kharaam ( land dues at the Taluk Office)
b) The Taluk office is situated inside the Magistrate Courts building. Ensure Village Kharaam is paid annually. Do not break the thread. Else you have to bring the original transfer document to verify, validate, and establish continuity
c) When the transfer is done to your name, there is a validity certificate addressed to KWA ( Kerala Water Authority) and KSE (Kerala State Electricity Board). This paper is only valid for 6 months.
